Author Guidelines

American Journal of AI Cyber Computing Management (AJACCM)

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality research articles, reviews, and case studies in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, computing, and digital management. Submissions must not have been previously published or under review elsewhere.

AJACCM welcomes original research, review articles, case studies, and technical notes in areas including (but not limited to):

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in cybersecurity
  • Cloud/Edge Computing and secure distributed systems
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence & Autonomous Defense
  • Blockchain, IoT Security & Data Privacy
  • AI-Driven IT Governance & Risk Management

 

1. Manuscript Submission

  • All submissions must be made through the AJACCM online submission portal at www.ajaccm.com/submit.
  • Manuscripts should be in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Ensure that your submission is anonymous (no author names or affiliations) for double-blind peer review.

2. Manuscript Format

  • Title Page: Title of the paper, author(s) name(s), affiliations, ORCID (if available), email address of the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: Maximum 250 words summarizing the objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.
  • Main Sections:
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References (IEEE format)

3. Formatting Style

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Spacing:5 line spacing
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Referencing Style: IEEE citation format (numbered)

4. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables must be numbered and captioned.
  • Ensure high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Mention the source if reproduced or adapted from other works.

5. Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using advanced tools (e.g., Turnitin).
  • Papers with a similarity index > 15% will be rejected immediately.

6. Peer Review Process

  • AJACCM follows a double-blind peer review
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
  • The review process takes approximately 4–6 weeks.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • AJACCM operates under an open-access model.
  • Accepted papers will incur an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support publication and indexing.

8. Ethical Guidelines

  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest and follow standard ethical practices.
  • Research involving humans or animals must follow relevant institutional and national guidelines.

9. Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright and publish under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
  • The journal reserves the right to archive and distribute the paper for academic purposes.

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

 

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
