Abstract

This study explores the role of hybrid robotics intelligence in optimizing autonomous retail logistics through secondary qualitative analysis. The research identifies three central themes—integration of robotics and AI, performance optimization, and strategic adoption challenges. The analysis reveals significant recoveries, including enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and improved sustainability. Despite integration and ethical challenges, hybrid systems demonstrate transformative potential for logistics optimization. The study contributes to understanding how hybrid robotics intelligence serves as a foundational framework for intelligent retail ecosystems, emphasizing the importance of strategic readiness and continuous innovation in achieving fully autonomous logistics operations.
