Abstract

Programmed professional development may enhance contractor's efficiency and capacity. For construction businesses well-organized growth programme is key strategy. Professional development played an increasingly important part in corporate performance in next several years. The study examines relationship between professional growth in employee training motivational practises with improvement work in construction project based on literature and prior research. The debate on these factors is projected to form foundation of future strategies to promote development construction industry useful reference point for other industries facing similar problems in promoting professional building project management applications in construction industry. The project management training information, skills and experience needed to run project effectively were designed for professional growth.
