Abstract

The Smart Controlled Advanced Cleaning Robot is an intelligent autonomous system designed to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and convenience of modern cleaning operations in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The robot integrates advanced sensing technologies, embedded control systems, and intelligent navigation algorithms to detect obstacles, map the surrounding environment, and perform systematic cleaning with minimal human intervention. It is capable of handling different floor surfaces while optimizing cleaning paths to reduce energy consumption and operational time. The proposed system incorporates sensors such as ultrasonic, infrared, and obstacle detection modules along with a microcontroller-based control unit that enables real-time decision-making. The robot can be operated manually through a wireless interface or function autonomously using predefined navigation and path-planning techniques. Additional features such as automatic dirt detection, rechargeable battery management, and efficient suction mechanisms enhance its cleaning performance and reliability. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the robot effectively removes dust and debris while maintaining high navigation accuracy and low power consumption. The Smart Controlled Advanced Cleaning Robot offers a cost-effective, user-friendly, and scalable solution for smart home and industrial automation, contributing to improved cleanliness, reduced manual effort, and enhanced operational efficiency.
