CHATBOT USING HELPDESK FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

The rapid growth of digital technologies has transformed the way government organizations deliver services to their employees. However, many employees still face difficulties in obtaining timely information regarding leave applications, salary details, pension services, HR policies, grievance registration, and other administrative procedures. Traditional helpdesk systems primarily rely on manual support, resulting in delayed responses, repetitive queries, and increased workload for administrative staff. This paper presents a Chatbot-Based Helpdesk System for Government Employees, an intelligent web-based application designed to provide instant and accurate responses to employee queries. The proposed system utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand user requests and generate relevant responses in real time. The chatbot also integrates essential government employee services, including leave management, salary information, complaint registration, profile management, and frequently asked questions (FAQs), through a user-friendly dashboard. By automating routine interactions, the system improves service efficiency, reduces response time, minimizes human effort, and enhances employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the proposed solution provides a secure, scalable, and cost-effective digital helpdesk that facilitates faster decisionmaking and improves communication between government employees and administrative departments.
