Abstract

The rapid growth of entrepreneurial ventures has increased the demand for efficient digital platforms that facilitate collaboration between start-up founders and experienced mentors. This paper presents a Secure WebBased Start-up Mentorship and Collaboration Platform designed to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and industry experts through an interactive and user-friendly environment. The proposed system enables start-up users to create profiles, share business ideas, upload pitch videos, communicate with mentors, and receive personalized guidance to improve business strategies. Mentors can review entrepreneurial proposals, provide recommendations, and support business development through structured interactions. The platform also incorporates secure authentication, profile management, notification services, funding request management, and intelligent profile matching to enhance collaboration and networking opportunities. Developed using Python and MySQL, the system ensures reliable data management, scalability, and secure communication. The proposed framework promotes knowledge sharing, strengthens mentor–entrepreneur relationships, and contributes to sustainable start-up growth by providing accessible, efficient, and technologydriven mentorship support.
