In-flight communication and assistance are essential elements of passenger safety and comfort. Individuals with hearing and speech issues sometimes have difficulties in obtaining prompt notifications or interacting with cabin personnel. This research presents a Smart Cabin Notification System that use Zigbee wireless communication to address this accessibility gap. The technology facilitates seamless, bidirectional communication between flight attendants and passengers with hearing or speech disabilities using wireless notifications and predetermined message interfaces. Zigbee technology is used for its minimal power consumption, dependable signal range, and secure communication capabilities inside the aeroplane cabin environment. The suggested approach promotes customer autonomy and elevates the quality of airline services for those with disabilities by fostering inclusive and accessible air travel.
