The rapid growth of digital technologies has led to the emergence of a sophisticated cybercrime underground economy, where illicit activities such as hacking, ransomware, identity theft, and data trafficking are increasingly organized and monetized. Understanding the structure, operations, and financial flows of this hidden ecosystem is critical for developing effective countermeasures. This research proposes a data analytics approach to analyze cybercrime networks, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends within the underground economy. By leveraging machine learning, network analysis, and statistical modeling, the study uncovers key actors, marketplaces, and transaction pathways, providing actionable insights for cybersecurity professionals, law enforcement agencies, and policymakers. The approach enables proactive detection of emerging threats, assessment of financial and operational risks, and formulation of data-driven strategies to disrupt cybercrime activities. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of analyticsdriven methods in mapping underground networks, predicting attack vectors, and supporting strategic interventions, highlighting the value of data intelligence in combating cybercrime.
