Abstract

The system also assists employees in managing their stress effectively by providing suitable suggestions and wellness recommendations. In addition, survey forms are shared with employees at regular intervals so their emotional and psychological conditions can be assessed more accurately over time. These surveys help collect valuable feedback about their work pressure and overall well being. By combining automated detection with periodic self evaluation, the system aims to create a clearer understanding of employee stress patterns in the workplace. The primary goal of this project is to support stress management and encourage a healthier, more positive, and productive working environment for employees, helping them perform efficiently and maintain balance during working hours.
