Fixed assets such as land, buildings, machinery, and equipment play a crucial role in the operational and financial performance of organizations. Strategic management of fixed assets involves systematic planning, acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal to maximize efficiency and productivity. Effective fixed asset management helps organizations reduce operational costs, improve asset utilization, and ensure better return on investment. This study focuses on the strategic approaches used by organizations to manage fixed assets in order to enhance operational efficiency. It examines key practices such as asset planning, lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and technology-based asset tracking systems. The study also highlights the importance of proper asset valuation, depreciation methods, and periodic asset audits in maintaining financial transparency and operational control. Furthermore, the research analyzes how strategic decision-making in fixed asset management contributes to improved resource allocation, reduced downtime, and enhanced productivity. By adopting modern asset management techniques and digital asset monitoring systems, organizations can optimize asset performance and extend asset life.
