The recent technology is of the fast uptake of artificial intelligence (AI) in industries, which has led to the increased demand for software systems to facilitate AI development, deployment, and scaling. An AI-ready software stack is a collection of well-organized software subunits allowing effective processing of data, model building, composing and never-ending learning. In this report, the idea of an AI-ready software stack will be examined, which will involve the transformation between the traditional software modules and AI-directed models. It takes a look at some of the major layers in the stack, such as the data infrastructure, modular services, frameworks in machine learning, model lifecycle programs, and deployment platforms. Additionally, the report also points to the impediments that organizations encounter when developing AI-ready systems as well as addresses the best practices to make AIready architectures both scalable, secure, and adaptable.
